Pearl Landscaping's Design-Build Process ensures your experience is positive from initial meeting to final walkthrough. We are committed to providing the excellence in design, construction and customer service. We work hard to communicate with you throughout the process, so you know exactly what to expect.

Maintenance Estimate (no charge)

We will be happy to provide an estimate for lawn or landscape maintenance at no charge. Our definition of a maintenance service is any service that we perform for you on a regular basis. Please click here for a complete list of our maintenance services. Our estimators are usually able to drop off a maintenance contract within 2 to 3 days of your request. Please email or call us for a complimentary maintenance estimate.

Landscape Estimate (no charge)

If the work you are looking to have done is relatively basic (tree/ bush replacement or basic patio/ retaining wall installation) then a landscape estimate is all you need. One of our professional landscape estimators will be sent out to your home to walk the property and write up an accurate quotation. Your presence is not required for a landscape estimate. However, if your project requires more thought and deliberation and you would like to meet with one of our talented landscape professionals, then a landscape consultation is what you'll need.

Landscape Design/ Build Consultation ($75.00 fee)

An on-site appointment will be scheduled at your convenience. There is a fee for our time, ideas and expertise. We charge a $75 consultation flat fee that can be applied to many of our landscape projects. This $75 dollar fee will cover the first hour of consultation, further consultation and design time will be billed depending on the scope of your project. *Note Consultations do not include landscape plans. If you require any sort of design then a design contract will be provided at the time of the initial consultation. Fees for the design work will depend on the scope and complexity of the project.
